This document summarizes a musical composition created for a video game using a virtual MIDI keyboard and audio effects. The track was meant to convey the impression of a classical adventure game, with a happy protagonist traveling. To create the sounds, the composer used the KTGranulator effect to provide a retro adventure feel, and Mr. Alias Pro to add elements of travel and delight to the composition.

1. IG1 Task 6 – Game Audio
Using the Virtual Midi keyboard and various instrument
effects I have created the final of four musical
compositions which may be used in a video game.
This track conveyedthe impression of a classical
adventure game with aspects of a happy protagonist on
their travels.
These are the two sound effects I used
with the Midi keyboard which created
the sounds used for this audio track.
KTGranulator – This was the
component that provided the
retro adventure effect.
Mr. Alias Pro – This added the
element of travel and delight
to the composition.
