On this project, I covered the following scope:
 Provide the support during the Start-up activities with the final preparation to the introduction of the feedstock into the

 Calibration of alarms and providing preliminary set points
 Calibration and functionality checks for all trip settings,
 Functionality checks for the fire and gas system,

 Functionality checks for emergency shutdown systems.
Main tasks in this project were as follow:

 Assist with tracking and logging Non-Conformance Reports, Quality/Productivity Improvement Reports.

 Installation, wiring and cable laying, termination, witnessing of insulation resistance test and hipot test.

 Controlling construction plans, drawings and schedules, scopes of work, terms and quality.
 Ensuring quality of applied materials, their compatibility with operational design drawings, construction norms and
regulations, technical specifications, HSE standards.
 Participating in reviewing and changing design concepts and raised it to client.
 Performing changes of construction materials and equipment when necessary by raising a technical query to client.
As a member of the commissioning team I actively participated to the functional tests, performance tests and start up of
six compression stations of the BOOSTING Project (Phase-2) at Hassi R’Mel / Algeria.
Each station consists mainly of a turbo compressor unit and its related process auxiliaries:
