My Main duties and responsibilities were
Implementation of Client’s approved quality plan.
Prepare and participate in required audits during SARPI Execution and Post SARPI Phase with Client
Take a lead role in quality system implementation and follow-up for SARPI
Contractor side as per Client, SARPI QA/QC procedures.
Responsible for all the quality forms/certifications through-out the SARPI job execution.
Follow up of quality plan for effective implementation.

On this project, I covered the following scope:
Provide the support during the Start-up activities with the final preparation to the introduction of the feedstock into the
CPF plant.
Loop checking for each standalone instrument and control loop
Calibration of alarms and providing preliminary set points
Calibration and functionality checks for all trip settings,
Functionality checks for the fire and gas system,
Functionality checks for all instruments in each control loop,
Functionality checks for all interlocking systems,
Functionality checks for emergency shutdown systems.
Main tasks in this project were as follow:
Perform inspections and tests as required by the discipline all Electrical & Instrumentation installation activities at site
Prepare inspection/test reports and maintain the QA/QC files related to assignment
Assist with tracking and logging Non-Conformance Reports, Quality/Productivity Improvement Reports.
Implementation of quality plan for this project, which include inspection, testing and proper documentation
Ensure that all works complied with client/contractor issued (IFC) drawing, applicable standards and specifications.
Installation, wiring and cable laying, termination, witnessing of insulation resistance test and hipot test.
Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities with regards to Environment, Health & Safety procedures and
maintenance rules are respected.
Monitor the work performance to ensure the respect of work standards and project specifications.
Coordinate and assist construction to resolve any encountered problems related to inspection and testing activities
Initiate remedial or corrective action based on standard, code, and specification and verify the closure of NCR.

As a member of technical office in Gathering System Construction project with In Amenas gas (Sonatrach-Britich Petro-
lum-Statoil Joint Venture) as client. The main tasks were:
Conducting technical supervision over general construction works and accepting general modifications from field su-
pervisors.
Controlling construction plans, drawings and schedules, scopes of work, terms and quality.
Ensuring quality of applied materials, their compatibility with operational design drawings, construction norms and
regulations, technical specifications, HSE standards.
Participating in reviewing and changing design concepts and raised it to client.
Performing changes of construction materials and equipment when necessary by raising a technical query to client.
As a member of the commissioning team I actively participated to the functional tests, performance tests and start up of
six compression stations of the BOOSTING Project (Phase-2) at Hassi R’Mel / Algeria.
Each station consists mainly of a turbo compressor unit and its related process auxiliaries:
Gas Turbine: Model Series MS-5002C from GE Oil & Gas;
Centrifugal Compressor: Type BCL-606A from Nuovo Pignone.
