Lead Quality Assurance Inspector II, Distribution Equipment (January 2014 – Present)
Responsible for all quality related items pertaining to the Distribution Equipment for all subsea items. Daily duties
include, but not limited to, reviewing work orders before released to production, reviewing Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
for customer witness / hold points, sending out Notice of Inspection (NOI) to customer clients, reviewing all material
before released, reviewing traceability of each part number, performing final inspections with client inspectors and
closing work orders (generating Certificate of Conformance, Mechanical Completion Check Record etc.). Perform
Internal Audits. Heavily involved in all HSE Safety roles including leading TSQA and JSA tool box talks. Solely
responsible for all work orders in production. Heavily involved in Design Review for new projects to ensure proper
procedures, welding and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) related items are communicated to ITP. Work closely
with Project Planners to ensure that work orders and material are delivered in order to adhere to schedule. Generate,
review, disposition and close Non-Conformance Reports, Corrective Action Reports and Root Cause Analysis.
Schedule all NDE testing (X-Ray, Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic Thickness & Ferrite) with the NDE supervisor. Work
closely with customer clients to ensure the level of quality is always met. Generate, review and maintain all procedures
concerning distribution equipment per the customer ITP.
Norwood Medical – Dayton, Ohio (2011 – 2014)

Perform set-up/Green Tag inspection on computer numerical control (CNC) mills and Swiss Lathe machines. Perform
Final Inspection on finished assemblies before shipment to customer. Verify all gages are within calibration dates.
Approve in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting measurement test and communicating
required adjustments to the appropriate personnel. Documenting inspection results by completing reports and logs,
summarizing re-work scrap and inputting all data into the quality database. Assisted in writing and updating inspection
procedures, protocols and checklist. Performed measurements using Smartscope Flare Visual System on a daily basis.

Responsible for all incoming receiving inspection items such as raw material, steel tubing and finished product to pre-
determined acceptability criteria from engineering control plans and customer Inspection Test Plans (ITP). Performed
Vendor Inspections on material procured for specific projects. Inspections include: dimensional measurements, visual
inspection, verifying vendor documentation (Certificate of Conformance, Material Test Reports, Mill Certifications, etc.)
meet the specification provided by Oceaneering Multiflex US (OMUS), and logging all data that is collected during the
inspection process. Check vendor Certificate of Conformance’s (CoC) and Material Test Report’s (MTR) against IHS
Standards to verify correct material and components were received. Incorporated monthly and quarterly metric charts for the
Quality Incoming Inspection process. Incorporated visual management boards for the Non-Conformance Reports

Production Project Planner (February 2007 – November 2009)
Monitor the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system in Oracle in order to assure all materials meet the Project
Demand. Create, release, and schedule Production ID (PID) orders based on the MRP’s firm planned orders. In charge of
Electrical Manufacturing planning and production for all of Manufacturing. Work with Manufacturing to prepare Continuous
Replenishment Program (CRP) projections using MRP data to determine work center capacity requirements needed to meet
the Master Production Schedule. Analyze equipment’s run rates, utilization, capacity, and efficiencies. Analyze manning levels,
cost estimates, actual costs, and estimated and actual schedules. Identify risks, inefficiencies, and other issues and then
coordinate efforts within the management team to resolve the issues. 6 Work Centers in Manufacturing with direct reports.
Quality Inspector II (May 2006 – Feb. 2007)
Investigate, collect, document and track non-conformance reports/material. Explain non-conformance to Engineering and
Project Management. Witnessed all testing of Termination/Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), fabrication and assembly of
Umbilical Termination Assemblies (UTA) and high/medium voltage electrical testing. Non-Destructive Examination
(NDE) testing on all steel tube welds and termination welds. Further worked with customer representatives and other
subsea vendors towards the production of a quality product that meets their needs.
HONEYWELL, INCORPORATED – LYNN HAVEN, FLORIDA (1999 – 2005)
Quality Inspector (2002 - 2005)
Performed outgoing final audits of product being shipped to customers. Responsible for running hourly checks on products
of shop floor via Ziess Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Created programs on the CMM for new project/customer
