The Key Result areas - Operations
 Responsible for overall product quality of plant.
 Complete responsibility of the quality (supplier, Manufacturing & Project) including work done
internally, by suppliers and by subcontractors.
 Formulate the quality parameters to benchmark the inspection process for internal inspection, and
ensure the inspection is carried out as per the predetermined parameters
 Ensure that quality of incoming materials received from vendors is improved upon consistently
based on the quality parameters targets set by the company through consistent deficiency reports
being generated and shared with vendors.
 Act as liaison with regulatory agencies for quality accreditation renewals and registrations at regular
intervals.
 Responsible for statutory requirement (C -TPAT) implementation, monitoring & documentation
liaison with abroad partner (Star Pipe Products Limited, Houston, USA) at stipulated interval.
 Conducting Quality system audits in-house and at supplier end.
 Managing all customer complaints coming into the business, ensuring that appropriate processes
and controls are implemented and maintained.
 Manage team in terms of grooming, motivation, review/ appraisal of performance, identify T&D
needs & recommend for the same.
 Responsible for official communication to supplier & customer in a regular basis in connection to
quality issue, complain ,feedback etc. for better flow of information up to the least level to urgent
