intensive case management including intake and assessments based on individual tailor needs,
addiction counselling, social supports, crisis intervention, treating clients with concurrent
disorders including Motivational Interview, cognitive behavioural technique and harm
reduction. Through this process, I have gained valuable experience in working with that
specific demographic of clientele. I seek not only to address the needs of that specific
vulnerable diverse background but to reintegrate them back into society to become self
sufficient. My work as an Addiction counsellor has empowered me to facilitate services in
reference to harm reduction model, redirecting clients to the appropriate services,
