Experience :
- From 7th. July 1974 to end of December 1975, worked as assistant site engineer design and supervision and
site engineer with Prof. Dr. Eng. Hassan Al-Ossily Consulting Office, Cairo, Egypt.
- From 1st. January 1976 to 15th November 1976 worked as a site engineer in Abu mady petroleum fields,
with Abdel Karim Khalid Sakr Co. for Contracting, during this period worked at Oil and Gas pipe line project
in Abu mady fields in Egypt to build and execute fences, fire fighting protecting walls, Oil pump stations
building, laying gas and oil pipe lines, and service roads around the fields.
- From December 1976 to May 1977 worked with Capper Neil International Ltd., St. Helens, England, as site
engineer in Port Sudan and Atbara city, Sudan, during this period I worked a site engineer for project of
building and installing oil and gas pump stations, laying petrol pipe lines, installing and assembling large fuel
tanks and building fire fighting walls around these tanks, I was completely responsible about all these works,
inspection all works before final inspection of our consulting engineer, also I was involving in pump station
design , erection and responsible about all labours and staff working in this sites.
-From June 1977 to June 1981 worked with El-Nasr Company for Building and Contracting in the head office
in Cairo, during this period I worked as assistant manager and manager for the precast concrete units and
elements factories in Cairo and Al-Esmaelia , I was responsible about design , production, handling, transport,
storing, and erection of the whole product of this factory, special building the industrial city, 15th. May City
at Helwan in Cairo Egypt.
These factories were French made and I was trained in Paris with the manufacturers and special building
school, how to manage and run these factories, control products quality and production with minimum cost
according to the general budget and cost price of each unit.
-From July 1981 to August 1990 I worked with Shawki Makram Consulting Office in Kuwait, worked in
several jobs in this office ( residential , industrial, commercial malls, Factories, warehouses, schools,
classrooms, swimming pools and water tanks traditional build or precast, prestressed concrete) my job
started as design and supervisor engineer for all kinds of residential and industrial buildings, until promoted to
general manager and partner for this office, until Kuwait invasion by Iraq in August 1990.
-From December 1990 to April 1992 with Mer Construction Ltd. Nottingham UK as design and supervisor
Engineer.

-From May 1992 to July 1994 with Raj Building Contractors , Nottingham UK as supervisor Engineer
-From December 1996 till 2005 with ELS (Protocol Professional) as a visiting lecturer to Basford Hall
College, Peoples college, and South Nottingham College, teaching Engineering site management, Civil
engineering design using several design software and civil site management and health and safety.
-From January 2001 to February 2002 with Duffield Engineering as design engineer for steel and stainless
steel construction and supervising the sites and production facilities, Nottingham UK.
- From March 2002 to February 2005 with Arch-E-Tech Ltd. as steel design engineer of Donington park
Nottingham UK.
-From March 2005 till October 2009 worked as Design manager and chief engineer for Roger Bullivant Ltd
and Buchan Concrete Solution based at Burton On Trent Head quarter UK.

Hotels, Prisons, Prisons fence and foundations, basements, sports halls, schools, tunnel lid, cap, and service
shafts, all as a precast panels and cast insitu concrete )
I have full responsibility about the research and development department of exciting and new precast concrete
products for Roger Bullivant/Buchan products development.
-From November 2009 till February 2013 working as Design Director for (Insula Ltd.) Archtechnik Ltd.
Based on Normanton-On-Soar, Leicestershire, responsible about all construction design issues, R&D
department, design office, engineers, productions, erectors, site supervisions and staff management.
I designed special structural connection fully insulated to connect any structure with external structure
unit cutting fully cold bridge between outside to inside the building
This thermal break unit can be adopted to carry any design loadings and 100% insulated..
-From Februray 2013 till now working with Buchan Concrete Solutions at Burton On Trent Headquarter
As Head of R&D and design department for all precast concrete products and advanced design for
schools,sports halls, warehouses,retaining walls, special beams, piles, pile cap, cross walls, buildings, hotels
and prisons.
