Duties and responsibilities included:
• Exclusively designing the General Layout for the project site.
• Coming up with efficient proposals in slicing up the project building areas into zones
depending on time range and budgets available.
• Providing sub-contractors of different trades for the project depending on demands, and
developing final Comparison Sheets prior to contracts’ signings.
• Exclusively designing with Gulf Consultants all the project mobilization works, including
offices for the client and consultant’s.
• Instructing and supervising sub-contractors of mobilization’s site works.

Kuwait City, Kuwait 2013 -- 2016
Managed and executed private projects in Abdallah Al-Salem “Al-Daheía”, “Mahbola”,
and “Ardiya” including constructing new buildings, renovating old ones internally and
externally, and building extensions.
Duties and responsibilities included:
• Designing ‘or Re-designing’ Residential Unit, Extension, or Showroom with what
complies with Design Schools’ Principles and the Client needs.
• Developing a Work Plan for the project, timely scheduled, illustrating different stages of
the project, sequence of work, and Methods of Construction for Concrete works, Finishes
works and M.E.P works that go along with the Client requirements.
• Determining a Project Budget that efficiently deals with Cost, Time and Quality of the
Endproduct.
• Bidding / Estimating / Proposals.
• Providing contractors of different trades breaking-down prices of materials and
workmanship “Cost Control”, and coordinating between them professionally, making
sure the sequence of work is undertaken smoothly.
• Inspection of works and Supervision of labors, foremen and engineers of contractors of
the project different trades, maintaining the quality of the Endproduct “Quality Control”.
• Requisition of all Materials and Supplies of the project.
• Setting up weekly meetings, discussing Project Progress in relation to the already-set up
Work Plan with all parties, whether with the Client or with Contractors, maintaining
flexibility with the Client requirements, and taking actions to deal with the results of
delays, incidents and emergencies at the construction site.
• Receiving all works from contractors and the Final Endproduct, providing Maintenance
according to the contract agreed upon, and handing-over the endproduct to the Client.
