Duties and responsibilities as Technical Office manager
Management, follow-up and the technical support of all operations activities at Iraq Branch
.Technical follow up for the projects related plus handling of all resources and facilities
support plan with the Iraq Branch manager in compliance with H.O coordination team
action plans
1. Development of scope of work execution plans, ensuring that the resources, the
organization, the project schedule, HSSE requirements and the contract strategies are
the appropriate ones.
2. Preparing proposals for the variation orders including methodology, scheduling
and resource forecasting.
3. Acts as a traffic controller between clients and budget holders.
4. Develop new relations with client and update the company client’s registration
and portfolio.
5. Share all pricing models preparation with the proposals Dept. and the other
team members.

6. Performs routine daily activities and assists in gathering and distributing

Duties and responsibilities as Construction manager
1. The fabrication of structures and installation in accordance with the relevant codes,
standards and client specifications.
2. Selecting and procuring of materials plant and equipment, and monitoring the progress of
materials, plant and equipment through all stages of projects.
3. To support construction activities including issues such as rigging, lifting, and transport.
4. To liaise with all members of the Project Team (Discipline engineers, construction personnel)
5. To work with the Proposals Department to develop bids including conceptual designs and
estimates.
6. To arrange the working schedule & plane (working under pressure).
