PROFILE
Experienced in Supply Chain, exposed to different FMCG business realities from infant nutrition
to coffee, or healthcare nutrition and confectionary products. I acquired my knowledge essencially
in a multinational company/environment with strong focus on results and efficiencies and
supported with key training and mentoring. Strongly involved with Marketing and Sales through
my operational planning background, and later through stakeholder management with key business
partners (e.g. business executive managers).
I am a strong supporter of the LEAN filosophy , or the search for continuous improvement as a
result of method, perserverance and holistic approuch to challenges.
I believe the role of a leader to be within everyone in the team, and in my experience as head of a
multicultural team, I foster entrepeneurship, creativity and autonomy.
