O B J E C T I V E S
I have more than three years’ experience in Operation management at Pakistan telecommunication
limited & National Bank Of Pakistan which enhance my professional skill. My short term goal is to
become Operation manager in upcoming 2 year and Director Of operations in 5 years. Therefore I
wanted to get more & more experience and excel my efficiency to capture this designation in
decided time.
I want to utilize my skills to Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of
organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and
management, business process and organizational planning. Manage and increase the effectiveness
and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination
and communication between support and business functions. Play a significant role in long-term
planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Regular meetings with Floor
Manager around fiscal planning.

more, including improvement of team performance, Team agents counseling individually,Prepare
daily team PSM(Performance Sore Module), Prepare agents quality sheets,How to utilize a team
agent more accurately & efficiently.Monitoring Queue level & identification of down time.Ensuring
productive and ethical environment on the floor. I used to Generate automated team reports for the
