Job Profile: Senior Tax Process Associate
Core Responsibilities:
 Manage the eAccess /Seibel requests and resolves all ADP Client issues and provides support
to all the Client Service Centers.
 Working with 52 different state tax agencies and adding the client state tax profile.
 Updating the client header information related State income tax and State unemployment
Insurance taxes.
 This involves in dealing with client sensitive data such as Tax rates, frequencies and their
identification numbers.
 Demonstrate the ability to balance priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Remain up to date on the Process Updates and ensure 100% Quality
 Support Leadership Team in all the process initiatives and strive for Process Improvement
 Perform other related duties as assigned and adhere to the ADP norms.
 Auditing clients bank account number changes initiated by onshore representatives and report
the discrepancies to their managers.
 Auditing payroll amounts by extracting reports from multiple applications.
Additional Responsibilities:
 Consolidate the cases form the application in excel sheet and Assign the task to entire team.
 Providing various reports to the management by preparing daily production dashboards and
publishing to team.
 Have trained entire team on new process.
 Providing floor support and audit the service requests processed by associates and providing
