Constituted a board which was responsible to scrutinize and determine nationality and filter out illegal immigrants who
fraudulently apply for National ID Card. On average I had to interview 150 persons per day and took decisions on each
case.
Visit / Inspection of field office in remote areas of Sindh Province and took corrective action and delivered on ground
training to field staff.
During my posting at NADRA Regional Headquarters Sukkur, we started facilitation cell to redress the grievances of
customers, attending public queries and solved their problems within timeframe. More than 8000 cases were resolved
within 3 months; some of these cases were as old as 2 years. Many more cases were streamlined for resolution.
In the year 2005 we conceived and started "Registration Awareness Campaign" along with my team we went to
Schools to educate children about importance of registration, we went to local communities, and met notables. After
this effort, new registration cases were improved by 20% within 2 weeks.
Established NADRA KIOSK facility, a bill payment machine in District Larkano Sindh in the year 2006.
Assistant Controller Administration (Administration Manager)
Handling overall administation of University, which includes housekeeping, supplies management, managing security and
support staff, liaison with external parties, transport management etc. Two coordination officers, one purchase officer, entire
store management, security and entire lower cadre staff like drivers, runners, dispatch rider, receptioning, electricians report
to this position. My prime task was to ensure smooth functioning of the organization as far as my department was concerned,
and proper coordination with other departments like Chancellor Secretariat, Faculty, Computer Section (Computer Resource
Center), Library, Examination etc.
