In the context of analysis of above stated exercise and step wise procedure for the

It has been observed that the KVS have not conducted the job analysis for the
current openings which is very important to find the right person for right job. Thus
6. KVS should conduct the exercise of Job Analysis before advertising the jobs. The
job specification and description will help the organization to identify the
required job role and also will be helpful to acquire the profile of right candidate.
Thus through the job analysis KVS should mentioned the job specification and
description in the advertisement.
KVS should try to acquire the trained and competitive human resource and
should try to acquire the manpower from the other similar FPOs/NGOs to gear up
the operation and function of the organization without delaying time on the
training.
