Report incidents in the accommodation and report immediately to the Human Resource

Handle employee welfare and concerns related to rooms and privacy.
Coordinate with the contracting company concerning all maintenance issues.
Coordinate with outsource cleaning company to maintain the hygiene standards in
order to provide our employee a healthy environment.
Daily patrol in the accommodation for anything unusual to be noted and report to the
Human Resource Department.
Arrange rooms for the new employees as per the S.O.P.
Handle and control employee movement and shifting inside the accommodation.
Prepare and maintain up to date inventory lists for all flats and accommodation.
Prepare the duty roster for the H/K colleagues working in the accommodation.
Take all the activates in the sport for the colleagues tournament.

Update regularly the accommodation plan and room inventory.
Department follow up with the purchasing on pending item related to the colleagues
housing.
Prepare the entire inventor for the store item master keys, furniture, and Linen item for
the accommodation.
