Take care of all the suites in the resort including the Presidential suite providing highly personalized “magic” service.
Supervising the team of 40 and providing the best servicing standards resulting the best guest
Comments.
Making the store requisitions using the MMS System.
Maintaining the Housekeeping store efficiently keeping in mind the cost controlling measures.
Maintaining guest history to anticipate guest needs. And have started the new Costumer Feedback Systemon-line which
helps to anticipate the guest needs through out the entire company.
Coordinating for the Linen Inventory.
Making Training calendar as per the staff requirement and taking the training classes on a regular basis for the staff.
In charge of making the Duty Roster for the staff.
Actively participate in conducting the Inventory (linen, fixed assets) to keep a control.
Keep on monitoring the quality of linen and do the linen discard with the help of EHK to maintain the linen quality standard.
Being the resort and Honeymooners paradise do a lot of decorations to satisfy the guests and their ultimate satsisfaction, this gives them
value for money as well.
December 2002 – August 2006 as a Housekeeping Attendant.
Recognized as a best HK employee and awarded as a promotion to HK Supervisor in August 2006.
Highly active team member to help the management to get the Hotel back in shape after Tsunami Disaster and helped in setting up the rooms
and Public areas.
During the period of HK Attendant was the in charge of my own section in terms of making and clearing the rooms of myself which includes
the suites and Presidential suite as well.
