• Corporate Billing - Managing the main client’s billing system
- I was first point of contact for Setting up new funds for capture on the corporate billing system, creating rate cards
and fee schedule templates for all new funds.
- Creating monthly fee invoices covering administration, custody and transaction billing for 90 funds with a market
value of £6.7bn along with processing 3rd
party clean cash and FX reports for cash billing. Managing transactions
and custody reports for billable deal capture.
- Producing internal billing databases, creating BVMR (Billing Volume Modification Report) to SOX standard.
- Self managing Aged Debt Accounts, chasing and reconciling accounts on a weekly basis for incoming/outgoing
payments which also meant liaising with clients for unpaid invoices
- Processing Out of pocket and Ad-hoc Invoices on a monthly basis.
• Fund Accountant
- Preparing of statistical information for monthly Bank of England (ONS) returns. (Managing 5 clients).
- Preparation of SORP templates for accounts team including provision of prior period comparative data and casting
review of interim and annual account reports at SORP level.
- Responsible for managing and presenting the daily NAV data reports for the Fund accounts team as per the
accounts diary, making sure the reports are accurate and complete.
- Completing and distributing of XD rates to client group contacts and external data providers on request.
- I took the initiative to re-create and manage a successful database holding TER and on-going charges data for all
collective investment schemes held by client group then expanding to producing synthetic TER/On-going charges
calculations as per FCA guidelines for dissemination to client group.
• Pricing – Supporting the pricing team and completing strict deadlines
- Supporting the pricing team to produce bespoke pricing reports for investment managers. Great team effort and
sharing best practice made our team ***Winner of Street Ahead Awards 2010 Internal recognition***
- Monitoring final price files and sign off prior to external release to the market before 3:00pm deadline.
- I have great knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and support work including the extensive use of macros.

INTERESTS
