Vice President of Money Markets
Account manager and broker for the world’s premiere voice and electronic interdealer
broker and provider of international and domestic trading. Involved in all aspects of the
day-to-day processes in collaboration with technicians, traders, brokers, operations,
human resources, as well as compliance and legal departments. Direct responsibilities
include:
• New account acquisition, on boarding and maintenance
• Trading with Banks, Corporations, Money Funds and Broker Dealers
• Execution of CD's, Fed Funds, Eurodollars, Derivatives, Repo, Foreign Exchange
and Currencies
• Coordinate trading among other brokers
• Dissemination of current news and pertinent information to benefit all traders and
brokers
• Pricing of secondary securities at current market trading values
• Comprehensive execution of all transactions, followed through to completion
• Input trades and ensure that such is confirmed and settled at the back office.
Verify settlement at the clients’ back office
• Represent company via off-site visits, promoting the company and its products;
providing customer service focus and positive public relations; maintaining
quality control standards and recommendations for improved quality management

• Assist with the training and mentoring of interns

EXCO NOONAN 1985 - 1997
Money Broker
In 1997 I left Exco Noonan and joined Garvin Guy Butler, both firms merged in 1998 to
form what is now ICAP N.A.
1. Started with the Broker Training Program
 Learning of banks, names, and country of origin
 Bank and country credit ratings
 Interest rate values
 Presenting of markets to customers
 End of day recaps of trading ranges and the effects of economic
data on interest rates
2. Began working on International Links as a Link Broker
• Getting morning runs and updating rates as market fluctuated
• Gathered economic news and central bank activity. Prepared a
morning report of interest rate movement based on such data for all
brokers to review
• Covered the late shift (early morning Asian market) for customer
orders and updates as needed
3. Back-Up Broker
• Called customers with updates
• Executed customer orders
• Confirmed trades
4. Money Broker
• Created my own client list from inactive international and domestic
accounts
• Transformed them into productive dealing accounts
• Developed a trust between the brokers and the customers
• Several of these accounts remain my customers to date
