RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (June 2011 to Feb 2013)
ALICH was incorporated in the year 2002 in Dubai, UAE as a Real Estate Brokerage & Investment House.
Since then, it has expanded into development and management of a number of projects in Ajman, Dubai
and Oman.
Today Alich Real Estate has expanded further to offer more than 300 projects from more than 100 top
developers in India. Serving with a customer focused approach to buying properties in India; Alich Real
Estate will be able to provide the highest level of service to Non-resident Indians looking for investment
properties in India.
Responsibilities as a Relationship Manager:
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Understanding the client requirement.
• Assist HNI clients for searching the best property deal in India.
• Coordinating with all major developers and selling their projects directly to the Clients.
• Developing good relationship with the developers & the clients.
• Source new project / developer & making tie up with upcoming developer.
• Evaluate sales performance and give feedback consistently, regularly and in a timely
manner to the Reporting senior.
• Participation in promotional events like property shows in UAE.
• Ensure quality & productivity of Team members.
• Prepare Information Memorandum & Market Comparable.
• To ensure that the target would be achieved in specified time period.
• To make follow up for pending brokerage from associated developers.
• To check all real estate operational matter is in proper flow, which is decided.
• To look after entire region which comes in your defined span of control?

Partners / Proprietor of the units.
