1. Working in “Eclerx Services Pvt Ltd ” from July 2012 as Financial Analyst and been promoted to
Senior Financial Analyst in October 2014.
Process: FX Derivative Middle Office Operations
Designation: Senior Analyst.
Job Responsibilities:
Department & Position Summary:- The Equity Derivatives Middle Office comprises of business-aligned
support teams for the equity derivative traders based in Hong Kong. The business covers all Asian markets;
with products that range from cash equity to highly structured derivatives. The trade support middle office is
responsible for supporting the traders from an operational perspective and maintaining stringent controls in
daily trading activities.
• Ensure all transactions are correctly captured booking systems, risk management and downstream
systems
• Perform reconciliations between front office, middle office and back office • systems to ensure data
capture accuracy and completeness and resolving any Breaks(Discrepancy) in deal booked.
• Resolve any trade variance occur coordinate with onshore to resolve discrepancy.
• Completing the daily system reconciliation between various system such as EQRMS, Oasys, Primo.
• Processing of Trades and Settlement of trades into internal system.
• Book Corporate Actions and trade instruction received by trader, Prime Brokerage.
• Support additional functions including risk and position management, to support the trading desk in
the set up and booking of new trades
• Coordinate with Settlement team, Back Office & Front Office to facilitate correct cash flow for OTC
Derivative Products.
• Perform Position and Market Value reconciliation between internal systems.
• Products Covered: • Vanilla options, structured derivatives, exotic products, equity swaps, interest •
rate swaps, futures, variance swaps, cash equity, bonds, convertible bonds, • stock borrow and loan,
and etc
Previous Process: FX Forwards Operations
Job Responsibilities:
• As Eclerx services Limited is a KPO company, we work as a middle office for International BANK.
• Being middle office we need to identify the clients booking forward which is A way of trading
currency while minimizing the risk of volatile exchange rates. The booking company (risk agents)
will write up a contract specifying what the rate of exchange will be, and in doing so will assume the
exchange rate risk.
• Checking if the client has submitted all the required documents as specified by RBI guidelines.
• If no, checking with the client, and convey the documents which is to be submitted.
• Closing the deals within 15 days of deal booked date.(As per the RBI guidelines, all the deals are to
be closed within 15 days from the deal booked date or the deals gets cancelled.)
• Helping the clients to submit and close the deal within 15 days from the deal booked date for
underlying and confirmation within 30 days
• Scrutinize the economic parameter in the docs to ensure that they comply with RBI guidelines and
are submitted within a specified number of working days.
• Helping client with Mark to market reports and quarterly declaration data
• Support Standby Letters of Credit and bank guarantees requirements
• Educating and helping client to prepare declarations which needs to be submitted by the deadline.
• Preparing important reports like Monthly business review, daily reports publishing to Client along
with internal reports.
2. M/S. EUROASIA TRANS CONTINENTAL August 2009 till May 2012
• Marketing Executive handling Feed additives profile. Detailed job responsibility includes the
following.
• Searching and developing new customers.
• Purchasing of raw materials from India And China.
• Contacting supplier for the rates and other documents
• Corresponding with buyer on the prices and other details
• Meeting with the customers .
• Export marketing through internet.
• Follow up with the customer for the orders.
• Follow up with the supplier for the material.
• Uploading products, prices and other details on web-site
