2. • Scrutinize Export collection Documents for its authenticity loan business users, third party
vendors and development team to produce a detailed functional specification/requirement
documents for medium size requirements
• Ensure fulfilment of regulatory documents to effect payment to overseas buyers on behalf of our
customers.
• Advance payments, open account transactions, and foreign inward remittances.
• Scrutinizing overseas documents received under collections (URC 522)
• Issuing e brc to the clients, liaising with DGFT on timely basis for up gradation.
• Disbursal and liquidation of Pre-shipment finance-(packing credit) and negotiation of export
documents.
• Resolving queries and discrepancies in the transaction by coordinating with customer and
ensuring seamless processing of transactions from end to end.

Compliance for processing of trade transactions.
• Preparing MIS for Export Bills for tracking Turnaround time of the transactions on regular
basis.
• Processing EEFC conversion request error free and timely, liaising with treasury for rates.
