like to wait until
the server arrives

arrives to your table,
ready to take your
food/drink orders

Food is now ready to
be serve. Once the
food/drinks arrive .The
server makes sure that
everything is ok with
the order

A busier server will
clean the table. then
take all
silverware/dishes to
the dish room

Cleaning process two
choices. The first way is
to machine clean it at a
180 degrees and
sanitize. And the other
one is the 3 sink
method.
Step7
Customer finish paying,
the hostess ask the
customer experience
was ok today

Reset the table for the
following customer ready
to go
