Facility Management
o My role as a FM supervisor is extended to scheduling work assignments,

Fleet Management
o Supervise over the fleet coordinator general duties.
o Full supplier management of 350 vehicles, and more than one supplier.
o Issue monthly cost allocation and fuel consumption reports.
o Receive daily requests and manage to execute them from pool drivers.
o Control, review and submit the supplier invoices.
o Managing 350 drivers regarding their attendance, behavior, performance and
attitude.
o Receive escalations regarding vehicles and/or drivers and work on it.
o Issue a primary report in case of any accident may take place until a whole
investigation takes place and issue a final report.
o Conduct monthly meetings with suppliers, team, and client.
Catering Management
o Responsible for the onsite caterers.
o Conduct daily inspection on the food and the personal grooming / Hygiene.
o Attend sudden audit with the Hygiene audit company.
o Monthly meetings with the caterers to discuss the operations and ways to
improve the service.
Supplier Management
o Catering services, I am in charge to follow up on the caterer’s daily
menus, and the availability of food with good quality and quantities. I also
have random inspections over their booths to make sure that they follow
all Health & Safety guidelines. Focal point between the client and the
caterers regarding any communications needed to be aligned with them.
o Fleet suppliers, Contact the fleet suppliers for any requests or complains.
In contact with more than supplier for good deals and orders, insuring that
the contract is being implemented as applied.
o Brokers, I approach brokers in any special or quickly needed requests that
I may not be able to cover or provide through my landlord network.
o In-house technicians, janitors & security, monitoring on the personal of
these suppliers work on site to make sure that operations are functioning
as per the agreed KPIs.
4. o Negotiations, Negotiation with the brokers and landlords for having best
values and contract terms and conditions for the houses. Same goes with
fleet suppliers, and facilities to have best proposals and agreements for my
client and having more than one offer. My negotiation skills have been
enhanced to a great extent through my working period and my dealing
