Fratelli Cosulich sources and provides crew from over 20 nationalities with offices in Singapore, Italy, and experience in ship management, bunkering, and other industries. They use customized software and quality management systems to efficiently handle personnel recruitment, documentation, and payroll.

• Established in 1857.
• Fratelli Cosulich is a family-owned worldwide
shipping group with 160 years of history spanning
several areas of the shipping industry.
• The group's main areas of business are liner, tramp,
yacht and cruise agency, ship management, bunkering,
freight forwarding and NVOCC, travel agency,
trading, shipowning, custom broking, IT and real
estate.

• At this time we are steadily employing over 1,800 workers in the Oil and Gas
industry.
• Since 1981 we also acquired remarkable experience in providing Personnel
to Drilling Rigs ( Jack-ups & Semisubmersible), Supply Vessels (PSV,AHTS)
• Since 1995 we have been providing personnel to Storage Tankers
(FPSOs/FSOs), Accommodation Barges, Pipe layers and Drill Ships.

8. The Service We Provide
All personnel are selected with previous experience in the required position, attend the compulsory training
courses and are in possession of the requested working & safety certificates.
Our Services Include :
 Screening , Interviewing, Selection & Proposal of
CV’s of Candidates to Owners / Managers.
 Following of the hiring procedures according to
Clients Checklist.
 Arranging pre-assignment medical examination
and clinical tests as per Owners instructions.
 Check of Licenses /Certificates at competent
Marine Depts.
 Taking care if training / refreshing courses as per
Owners instructions.
 Preparing all the documentation necessary to
obtain compulsory Registry's Flag Certificate.
 Organization, as per Owners Instruction of a yearly
rotation program based on the rotation periods of the
different nationalities of personnel employed.
 Visa Arrangements.
 Payment, at Owners expenses, of wages, overtime,
vacation pay.
 Payment of Social contribution/benefits (if any).
 Supplying, on behalf of the Owner, safety clothing and
equipment to all personnel employed.
 Legal Assistance.

9. Our Tailor-Made Software
We use a tailor-made software, created by our
Group Software, which allows us to manage the
entire database of our crew, to comply with
owners specific check-list, to create payroll
according to time-sheets received by our Clients
as was as being used to advertise online for
requested positions.
All personal information is stored on our server
to guarantee privacy and record a log of every
single individual record.
