REFLECTION ON MY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Professional development is the overall most important thing we can do to help students learning. It is a vehicle for improvement. A
teacher has a great influence over student’s learning. I realized that attending to series of trainings, webinars, workshops and even in schooling
are great investment for me to grow professionally. This will help me impart my knowledge to the learners effectively. Providing exceptional
professional development will help our learners become the best
While making my professional development plan, I focus more on developing my competency in strategies for teaching diverse
learners, teaching language and ICT integration because I believe that these are essentials in the development of the learners to be equipped with
enough knowledge and values to be ready for this 21st
century, the Golden age of technology. I can also assess my self that I need to upgrade my
competence to give out my best and be ready for the changes. Through series participation of workshops, trainings and seminars, I am pretty sure
that I can adapt to these growing times of technology and equipped with skills that will benefit the students. It’s always been a challenge for me to
adapt the demands of a 21st
century teachers but with the help of GURO 21, I have gained knowledge and skills required to effectively facilitate
teaching-learning on the 21st
century landscape educational system. Indeed, it is an enriching and productive learning experience when I enrolled
in this course.
My journey of exploring new dimension in facilitating learning includes my goal to be “efficient teacher that inspires students”. In
creating a plan effectively managing classroom activities, I should be well-equipped with the necessarytheoretical, working knowledge, and specific
skills in facilitating the 21st
century learning.

It is a vehicle for improvement. A teacher has a great influence over student’s learning. I realized that attending to series of trainings, webinars, workshops and even in schooling are great investment for me to grow professionally. This will help me impart my knowledge to the learners effectively. Providing exceptional professional development will help our learners become the best While making my professional development plan, I focus more on developing my competency in strategies for teaching diverse learners, teaching language and ICT integration because I believe that these are essentials in the development of the learners to be equipped with enough knowledge and values to be ready for this 21st century, the Golden age of technology. I can also assess my self that I need to upgrade my competence to give out my best and be ready for the changes. Through series participation of workshops, trainings and seminars, I am pretty sure that I can adapt to these growing times of technology and equipped with skills that will benefit the students. It’s always been a challenge for me to adapt the demands of a 21st century teachers but with the help of GURO 21, I have gained knowledge and skills required to effectively facilitate teaching-learning on the 21st century landscape educational system. Indeed, it is an enriching and productive learning experience when I enrolled in this course. My journey of exploring new dimension in facilitating learning includes my goal to be “efficient teacher that inspires students”.
