 Process guest check-in and check-out in a professional and friendly manner.
 Assist in pre-blocking rooms based on guest SPG membership, special request, or
accommodations.
 Coordinate room status updates with the house keeping department by notifying
housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-out, early check-ins and special request.
 Prepare breakfast meals, coffee, tea, and infused water as well as
ensuring breakfast supply inventories are stocked and maintained neatly.
