As a Manager, Assistant Manager and a former Department Manager I have been trusted with
the responsibility to oversee all departments within the retail business. Being a result-
oriented person I have been able to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to my team

Manages the visual presentations to create an exciting shopping environment for customers;
monitors daily/weekly sales; analyzes reports to ensure monthly sales budget is achieved;

movement of shipments from shipping and receiving area to storage and work areas. Prepares
bills of lading and schedules deliveries and pick-ups. Also assist workers in the careful packing,

Responsibilities included hiring , training & supervising a staff of 15 people and up to 45 to 50
people during peek times. Involved in all daily aspects of opening and closing the store, at times
this included light bookkeeping duties; provide customer service in a fast/heavy traffic
environment; oversee and coordinate the day -to-day store operations and the processing of
routine invoices for payment and ensure their efficient and timely delivery to Accounts Payable
Department. Maintain and complete monthly and yearly financial reports. Weekly meetings with
store Director to analyze all weekly, monthly and annual financial reports , sales budgets and
operations,
