2. What is the best
strategy to
ensure that a
business
meeting can
effectively
achieve its
goals?
From my point of view, a business meeting should be
planned, so that in this way we are precise and clear with
what we have to say, have key points, and participation of
others.
Send to others what the business meeting will be about, so
they can think about questions or opinions.
The time, be punctual.
4. Step 2:
Be organized: everyone should know whats
the meeting about. Many times can be out of
the conversation. In thisway we can make
short meetings and only mention the points
for which the meeting was created.
Time: The fact that the meeting lasts longer
than agreed upon causes you to despair and
therefore you start to get distracted and think
about other things. It has to start and end on
time.
Icebreaker: we can use it to introduce
ourselves, or to know a little of what other
does.
