Face-to-face interaction is the platform where deals
are struck, relationships are forged and ideas are
generated.

3. What is the best strategy to ensure that a business
meeting can effectively achieve its goals?
1. Have an objective.
2. Start and end the meeting on time.
3. Everyone give their opinion.

4. Have an objective
• Meetings aren’t social gatherings. Instead, they are goal-oriented business
events.
• Meeting goals should follow the SMART model — Specific, Measurable,
Achievable, Realistic, and Timely.
• Start with the goal, and you’ll finish with success.

5. Start and end the meeting on time
• Is very important to respect the time of others, so it is essential to respect
the starting time of the meeting. If the people are late, they should be
incorporated to the subject.
• Be vigilant about shutting the meeting down when it’s time to do it. A
prolonged meeting is discourteous to the attendees and insensitive to the
busy schedules of those who took the time to be there.

6. Everyone give their opinion.
• It is important that all people are at the meeting can
giving his view on the issue because doing brainstorm can
grow and improve the target.
