When as a boss you have a schedule of entry and exit
from the meeting, employees will know that it is really
the time you need, and that the meeting will not be
longer than in extreme cases, making the meetings
objective and efficient.

boss's lack of acceptance of innovations and thinking
outside the box, but in reality it is the younger ones who
ultimately bring fresh ideas to companies
