Payroll (including off roll employees).
Performance Management System: Playing great roll in handling cycle of PMS (Performance
appraisal, Annual appraisal & calculation of PLI basis quarterly performance). Ensuring the PMS is
implemented organization wide as per the appraisal policy, Creating, standardizing and documenting of
processes
Vendor Management: Coordinating with all the vendors for updated records, documents, payments
for smooth business.
Employee Relations: Handling all kinds of employee’s queries and complaints, Arrange Skip level
meeting and take necessary actions against employee’s problems, Keeping track of employee’s activities in
terms of confirmation, promotion, transfer and their separation, Validating offer letter, appointment
letter, Increment and Extension Letter.
Grievance handling: Grievance handling and executing disciplinary actions. Escalating the issues to
senior management wherever required. Established an HR Helpdesk to handle employee concerns.
Policy Implementation:Reforming & implementing all existing policies at all levels.
Exit Facilitation and Exit Interview:Responsible for overall process of full & final, no dues
clearance & exit interview, Post exit detailed analysis of attrition reasons.
Post exit Formalities: Helping exited employees in smooth PF withdrawal, transfer, relieving &
experience letter.
Day to day activities: Answering Employees day to day queries, issuing employment proof letter,
confirmation letter, resolving salary related issues.
