Our team Quiver is creating a Chrome extension to reduce the time needed to
complete professional cover letters by autofilling important company
information into customizable user templates.
2. Persona
Jason is a rising senior at the University of Michigan
and is looking for full-time positions in software
engineering. To increase his chances of landing a job,
Jason applies to as many positions as he can find
online. As a student, he is also a part of Acapella and
plays club basketball. On top of these activities, Jason
also must keep up with many class assignments.
Therefore, Jason often does not have much time to
create a custom cover letter for each application that
requires it. This results in Jason submitting a generic
cover letter or not submitting one at all.
