1. James is an extremely driven and mature employee who excels in his role as Business Support Officer. He has produced
a plethora of exceptional work that greatly exceeds the company's expectations of his role. He has not had any days
of sickness during his employment and his punctuality is to be commended on the basis that he currently undertakes
a 40 minute commute to and from the office. He also takes a pro-active approach to the many and varied activities he
is asked to undertake.
James has been a member of my team for over 6 months and is always highly approachable, interacting extremely
well with others. Part of his current role is to act as first point of contact and address various computer issues. His
consistently positive attitude ensures this occurs in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
James has excellent skills in Graphical User Interface design to implement software solutions that fulfil business
requirements. He is also able to analyse complex software specification documents and react in a reliable and highly
competent manner. He regularly analyses departmental Management Information to assess trends and forecast data
to make recommendations on future strategies.
James readily adopts new technologies and techniques of working and has used our "Connections" and "Sharepoint"
sites to communicate and share best practice across our global centres. James is aware of current issues related to the
Financial Conduct Authority and the Lending Standards Board where he is able to discuss the implications of them on
our current processes.
James has been instrumental in developing a new system to track and audit complaints within the bank which directly
impacts our customer profile. He is accustomed to working within Service Level Agreements and has never fallen short
of the business expectations in this respect.
James is a critical thinker and embodies a solution focused approach. He embraces scenarios as a challenge rather
than a problem. There have been numerous examples where James has persevered to achieve the best outcome and
this has ultimately resulted in a positive outcome for our business and customers.
