Analyze learners: The class has a variety of learners. Several assignments will be used to help students
achieve a better understanding about the President of the United States. There are 15 students in the
class.
State objectives: Students will watch the president video. Students will be given time to access second
life and play with their avatar. Students must find their classmates avatar and pretend to be a
president…the classmate will have to guess which president the student is imitating to be. Students and
teacher will create a web design that shows all the assignments and activities done by students.
Students will go back to blog discussion and fix wrong information.
Select methods, media and materials: Students will use secondlife, web design, blogger, youtube videos
Utilize Media and Materials: Students will have time to review over any work. Students will learn more
about presidents and about new websites.
Require learner participation: Students will work by themselves on friday
Evaluate and Revise: I will evaluate students by walking around the room. I will also take note of who
participated in second life assignment.
