2. About the band
Area 11 began in Nottingham in 2010, and relocated to Bristol in 2012. Their sound
is that of modern rock, and yet they do not hesitate to incorporate elements from
other genres, cultures and time periods into their work.
They have released 2 albums (All the Lights in the Sky and Modern Synthesis) as
well as a couple of EPs and many music Videos.
Even though their fanbase isn’t the largest in the world with having an average of
100,00n fans however they are some of the most loyal.
They have managed to complete 2 tours of the UK even with this smaller fanbase
and even a couple of shows in Tokyo
They also have had a massive influence from anime from the first album including;
Code Geass, Death Note, Naruto and Fullmetal Alchemist. However they wanted to
explore new concepts for their new albums.

4. Assocation with Yogscast
Members Sparkles* and Parvis are both previous employees of the popular
YouTube channel Yogscast (Sparkles* as a sound engineer and Parivs as a content
Creator)
During their partnership they managed to get a large following and even starting
off one of Yogscasts largest jokes “RIP Parv”
They also managed to get fellow employees Martyn Littlewood (InTheLittlewood),
Stephanie Louise and Sam Thorne (Strippin) to participate in a dialogue performed
the first albums introduction “System: Start”
5. All the Lights in the Sky
All this lights in the sky is the debut album by Area 11
It has a total of 11 tracks, the last being Bōsōzoku Symphonic which is a total of 11
minutes and 11 seconds, however this is made up of 5 sub tracks.
This first album was heavily influenced by Anime
