1. I managed a team of 3 that attract, assess, offer and on-board Intern and Graduate hires to
PageGroup, with responsibility to support the business in hiring decisions that impact revenue and
key business decisions. I have a drive and passionate vision for the quality of hires that joined
PageGroup and my satisfaction in this role was not only from hitting headcount targets but from
seeing my hires maximise their potential through promotions and over-achieving expectations.
Since starting with PageGroup;
• I recruited 317 experienced and graduate hires with a significant number working their way to
senior director level as well as national top performers, revenue record holders and promotion
record holders.
• I hired 20 members of our millionaires club (4 generating over £2million of revenue).
• I was recognised within the business as a top performer by winning the Maximising Potential
award for 2015 – an award presented to 1 outstanding performer within our “support service”
teams of c500 people. I feel this drive and passion will contribute significantly to my future
career.
Overall Responsibilities;
• Development of recruitment and screening strategies for Interns and Grads
• Interviewing applicants through initial screening calls, telephone interviewing, face to face
interviewing, assessment centre’s, competency and behavioral based interviewing.
• Daily and weekly update of KPIs and conversion stats for the graduate and intern team to ensure
we meet our hiring goals
• Competitor analysis – graduate/Intern attraction/assessment/induction/training
• Ongoing review of efficient recruitment processes and best practice
• Analysis of attrition rates and retention rates/ongoing performance
Talent Acquisition;
I managed the entire recruitment process from;
• Identifying sources of advertising and talent pools
• Manage internal relationships with key PageGroup stakeholders with regular interaction up to
Senior MD’s, Regional MD’s and MD’s.
• Proactively searching job boards and LinkedIn for top talent
• Managing the relationship with our Marketing Team and involvement in marketing, social media
and PR campaigns to support future talent pipelines.
• Sourcing candidates through writing advertisements and marketing material to develop brand
awareness of the PageGroup offering
• Initiate, network and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support their
hiring needs.
• Network with internal and external stakeholders to proactively generate referrals and awareness
of the PageGroup offering
• CV screening / behavioral and competency based telephone interviewing
2. • Manage the running of assessment centres with lead assessor and decision making responsibility
• Managing the subsequent recruitment process and psychometric process through to offer.
• On-going relationships management with successful candidates and pre-start administration.
Relationship Building;

on Year improvement from 82nd

to a current standing of 57.
• Built employer brand across national and internationally recognised universities.
• Managed effective working relationships (up to board level) with university stakeholders, careers
services, faculty members and professors; many of which are internationally recognised and
Russell Group Universities.
• Trusted advisor to Internationally recognised universities running external workshops on CRM to
entire teams of careers advisors (circa 40 university staff)
• Advised on career service strategies for 3 Russell Group universities
• Delivered and written corporate presentations and skills workshops for university careers
services and course faculties
