-Coach and support project teams with implementation of all components of lean tools
-Initially lead then train Leads and Managers on lean concepts and principles.
-Initially lead then train Leads and Managers to run effective Daily Gemba walks.
-Support the office and Operations learning and understanding about lean.
-Challenge the team to identify, remove and resolve constraints that prevent the team from fulfilling commitments.
-Train and support operations and the office with various lean tools including but not limited to, -Value Stream
