International Pvt Ltd.
Key Deliverables:
Customer coding-
1. Knowledge of effective handling of customer service issues of the organization
and its client.
2. Primary job responsibility is to prepare Global codes which is required for
Ordering, Invoicing and liable purpose by working on application like SAP R/2,
CRM, Siebel Tool (7.8) and ECC version.
3. Order to Cash transaction starting from creating codes for the customer database
in SAP to material dispatch.
4. Coordinating with the Credit Management team for the performance and non-
performance of the customer
5. Had an authority to update the Credit Limit of the customer. Reconciling the
customers master for credit limit assigned and order placed on the master.
6. Requesting for the activation and reactivation of the customer master on the

Representative and Credit Financial Services.

• In vendor project we used to rectify duplicate code, with the vendor guidelines,
check on VAT validation site, identifying whether it’s a genuine duplicate
codes or not.
• Update vendor codes as per vendor requirement with the help of document.
• Reactivate and discontinue the vendor codes.
• Resolving any issues or queries from client with minimum TAT and maintain
SLA.
• Tracking the issues and new scenarios, conduct weekly knowledge sharing
meeting with the team members to avoid repetitive errors and increase more
knowledge about the process to ensure 100% data quality

o Project Summary - Reduction in TAT for Coding–Update Payer requests
