Compass Group is a British multinational leader in food and support services around the world. It has a subsidiary in
Argentina that provides services to the most important companies in the country.
2015, SAP Technical Leader for Argentina and Chile
My role was the SAP Technical Leader for Argentina and Chile, managing the supplier for the integration development
between SAP and Legacies
Key Achievements
 I implemented risk and budget saving strategies through leading the RFP (ITT) process to select the System Integrator. The
scope was the SAP implementation in Argentina and Chile, simultaneously. Vendors invited were Deloitte, Cap Gemini, Neoris
and GrupoAssa.
 I reduced data entry errors and provided information consistency through the Legacies Integration with SAP. Tecfood, Payroll,
AFIP, Web Portal, MrComanda.

Arcos Dorados is the biggest and most important franchiser from McDonalds, with presence in 14 Latam countries. My role
was Restaurant Technology Platform Regional Program Manager.
2010 - 2013, Restaurant Regional Program Manager
I managed and administrated various projects to implement the new technology for all the Latam Restaurants, by managing
different Project Managers and multi-country suppliers.
Key Achievements
 I drove standardisation, innovation and budget savings through leading the implementation of the Restaurant Technology Platform
across Latin America, including:
o Infrastructure (12 servers UAT & Production environments). Interacting with multicultural and multi-country teams (Sri Lanka,
India, Chicago and Mexico).
o Implementation of a business solution to consolidate information. This was also the standard solution for the rest of the Globe
(USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan).
o Point of Sale solution in Argentina (first country of the project).

The main objective was Lucerne production and shipping to Buenos Aires. My role was Director.

 I implemented a tool for Plant Asset Management which reduced the spare parts inventory by 20% and significantly improved
efficiency in Production Planning through the integration of the Engineering Plan and the Production Plan.
