and involving 150 people, 3200 end users, 3 contractors, influencing and collaborating at Steering committee
decision-making processes on shared service best scenario and strategy. Has also coordinated test cycle plan,
training plan, as impact post Go Live, reduced in 25% tickets incidents related to process and tool usage, increase
finance area efficiency in 20% e reduced from 10 to 5 days, time spent monthly to period end closing.

Living in USA from 2006 until 2008 has coordinated and execute in partnership with Nestle leadership team, project
preparation and cutover activities of Nestle Waters e Nestle Chilled and Frozen food business segments. All test
cycles scenarios were deployed using IBM and Nestle methodology, testing transactions, processes end-to-end,
connectivity (RF and EDI) and infrastructure.
Has coordinated master data standardization process, data gathering and on site (frozen food factory) tests
preparing for transition period and go live, affecting 700 end users; has coordinated strategy and communication
plan for key stakeholders internally and externally.
At Nestle Brasil, Global SAP template implementation program, led integration and cutover plan for fifteen sites
including acquisition and software/hardware installation (infrastructure, RF, bar code, PI sheet), industrial
automation, test and training set up environment.
