training plan, as impact post Go Live, reduced in 25% tickets incidents related to process and tool usage, increase
finance area efficiency in 20% e reduced from 10 to 5 days, time spent monthly to period end closing.
Integration Manager 04/2005 - 02/2008
 Living in USA from 2006 until 2008 has coordinated and execute in partnership with Nestle leadership team, project
preparation and cutover activities of Nestle Waters e Nestle Chilled and Frozen food business segments. All test
cycles scenarios were deployed using IBM and Nestle methodology, testing transactions, processes end-to-end,
