reporting. The tools used for reporting that were included in the implementation are

tracking sales dollars awarded to HMH that the schools/districts used to make those
school improvements.
The EPMO team was responsible for managing large projects that were sold by
HMH. We created a project management tool kit for the sales teams in Microsoft
Sharepoint. In that tool kit we created a project plan, project schedule, and manage
day to day activities within the assigned project.

activity splits and detail job rolls for different positions in Reuters (both at Shared Service
Center and Locally at country site), Oracle Projects and Financials training manuals,

Assets for SONY Corporation. Sony Project involved implementing Accounts Payable,
Purchasing, Assets, Projects and General Ledger in addition to supervising staff with
upgrade of other sites from Release 10.7SC to Release 11.03.
Managing the rollout of the entire suite of Oracle applications (both Supply chain and
finance including a Shared Services Solution) for Readers Digest globally (countries
included France, Italy, and Germany). This is a global project where Readers Digest is
implementing a global solution for both the oracle applications and shared service center
implementation that will be followed by all the countries going forward. My job also included
implementing the financials applications, and using localizations to meet local country
requirements.
Managing the complete Oracle Solution implementation of Release 11.03 for Readers
Digest America, which involved the complete Order To Cash Cycle process and Royalties
implementation using REAL Software. This was a rapid implementation using KPMG
Consulting R2i methodology. My job roll also included implementing the financial
applications as well.
Managing the complete Oracle Solution implementation of Release 11i for a
Communications and Content industry specific corporation under Advertising classification,
Audio Audit Corporation. This project involves implementing the full financial suite of
applications (I procurement, AP, GL, FA, CM, and AR) utilizing the R2i materials. This
project is classified as a rapid implementation on a Linux platform with minor AR
customizations. The team that she was responsible for was consisting of 4 staff in total.
She implemented Accounts Receivable as well as performing management role on this
project.
Participated in the new Implementation of large Global Media Corporation, Reuters America
and Canada, from 10.7 Character to 11i. I was involved in the original implementation of
10.7 and was asked back to help with UAT testing, Defining Global Reports, Training All
General Ledger Users and Projects Users in Company, System Testing, and Setup
verification of the Global System. This project was then extended to help in the Rollout of
Markview 170 systems integration with the Reuters Purchase to Pay process. Involvement
with Purchasing, Self Service Purchasing “ibuy”, and Accounts Payable was required.
Additional assistance was given on Accounts Receivable closing process. KPMG
Consulting R2i Methodology “eproject” was used in this implementation.

Participated in Phase I (Operations Analysis) and II (Solution Design) of BellSouth
Corporation Projects Implementation, consisting of documentation of BellSouth’s business

Implementation, consisting of documenting the Nestle Set up requirements for Oracle
General Ledger. Set up and walked through Conference Room Pilot stage of
implementation which included preparation test scripts and instructing client on the use of
the Oracle General Ledger Application.
Participated in the Photronics Implementation assisting in the set-up of the production
General Ledger application including defining segment values, parent and summary
accounts, security rules, cross validation rules, and Financial Statement Generator (FSG)
reports.
Participated in the Complete Implementation of General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
Purchasing, Order Entry and Accounts Receivable for Reuters America and Reuters
