A device in which a magnetic field is
employed to remove magnetic materials
from feed, or concentrate ore, or to
selectively remove or separate
constituent minerals.

experience different magnetic force.
 Applicable law is FARADAY LAW OF
ELECTROMAGNETISM
Feed hopper
Magnetic pulley
Conveyor Belt
Magnetic
Non-magnetic
 Size of magnetic particles.
(tramp or fine particles)
 Magnetic property of material to be
removed.
(ferro, para and diamagnetic)
 Wet or dry feed.
 To remove fine irons from a large amount of
material separation .Drum Magnets supply big
working surface increasing the throughput rate
of materials
 Drum Magnetic Separators are applied in
Sugar Mills, Cement, Food Processing,
Fertilizer, Glass, Rubber Processing and
Chemical Industries.
 Magnetic Pulleys are very easy to install and
remove.
 It is used for product purification of foodstuffs,
Chemicals, Wood, Rubber, Glass, Cement,
Sugar, Pharmaceuticals and other valuable
products.
 It is used for removing the iron from non-magnetic
material, which is present on the belt
conveyor, vibrating conveyor and electric
magnetic vibrating feeding machine
 Plate Magnets are installed to remove tramp
irons from items found in Glass, Chemicals,
Food, Plastics, Minerals and Textile Industry.
 Plate Magnets save the precious equipment
from tramp metals damaging .
 It is one of the oldest types of separators
used to concentrate moderately magnetic
ores.
 The main advantage of the cross belt
magnetic separator is that several types
of magnetic products can be recovered in
one pass
 Pipeline Liquid Magnets are used to purify
products in liquid lines by removing irons
particles or iron contamination.
 Our designed Pipeline Magnets also protect the
Pipelines, Pumps, Screens, Rollers and others
from tramp irons damaging.
 Accurate Magnetic Hump is mainly designed
for removing ferrous iron particles from
pneumatic conveyor systems.
 The Hump Magnet is applied where heavy and
loose materials such as Textiles, Chemicals,
Clay Products, Grain, Feed and sand are
carried in Vertical, down gravity flow chutes.
 Permanent Suspended Magnets are useful to
remove undesired metal from heavy burden
depths of material, which is conveyed on fast
moving cross belt.
 These permanent suspended magnets with
cross belt separators are equally effective on
dry or wet, fine or coarse material for the
application of separation

Editor's Notes

  • #8 Let us have quick overview of law that says
  • #9 In industry different magnetic separators are used but most commonly used ms isroll belt type ms. It consist of three major portions feed hopper, magnetic pulley and conveyor belt.. Feed is introduced within the system through feed hopper feed falls over the conveyor belt made of rubber material . This conveyor belt moves due to two magnetic pulleys , the one pulley at end portion is made copper and aluminum coil placed inside which is covered by some rare-earth material like iron aur bron the bearings are of stainless steel material. Electric current passes by the copper coil and electro magnetic field is produced .. At the end portion non magnetic material falls due to gravity and magnetic material moves aas long as electromagnetic sield is there
  • #14 Drum magnetic separators are probably the most widely used type of magnetic separation equipment. The basic design of all magnetic separators are same based upon permanent magnetic technology. High performance Drum Magnets are specially designed to per your specification to get the most effective and accurate method of metal recovery.
  • #16 Magnetic Pulleys are easy to install and remove. These are manufactured in various sizes for different types of conveyors.  Pulleys are easy to install and removeThese are manufactured in various sizes for different types of conveyors.
  • #18 Our range of Overband Magnetic Separator is installed in conveyor belts and is used in diverse industrial applications Easy to install and maintain . Available in various dimensions to suit any width of conveyor, these are made from robust steel shell that make perfect for heavy industries such as quarries and others. Having deep magnetic field High in performance Does not require power supply
  • #22 Cross belt magnetic separator is example of dry high intensity magnetic separator
  • #24 Pipeline or Online Magnets extract the fine iron particles from all types of liquid during processing. These are easy to inspect and clean. Accurate Pipeline Magnet’s high intensity and high power Magnetic Rods/Sticks filter the flow after removing the small irons. These are easily installed and especially designed to your requirement. Its conditions are well polished.
  • #26 Hump Magnets having 2 Plate Magnets mounted in an equalized housing and are installed in vertical spouts. As product enters the housing it clashes directly on the face of the 1st Plate Magnet, travels through the offset angle of the housing and clashes directly on the face of the 2nd Plate Magnet. This shows excellent results of separation for high volume and poor flowing materials.
