Jupiter Permanent Suspension magnets are built for demanding, heavy-duty
industrial applications and can be used for separation or tramp metal removal.
Permanent Suspension Magnets are an excellent choice for conveyor belts carrying
moderate burden depths and belt speeds where electromagnets are not needed.
These magnets are especially helpful in the removal of larger tramp material where
other types of magnetic separators may struggle.

Jupiter Permanent Magnetic Overband Separators for application that require to
operate up to 300mm above the conveyor and Permanent Magnetic Separator are
cost effective solution that can be applied to a wide range of Industries.
The Jupiter Permanent Magnetic Overband Separators designed for low running
costs as it require no power source for the magnet to operate. The magnet is also
self cleaning, reducing downtime to a minimum. The Magnetic Separator can be
custom designed to suit the application.
The Jupiter Permanent Magnetic Overband Separators are available 500mm
conveyor width to 2000mm conveyor width

The Suspension Magnet is a powerful Natural Air Cooled and
Oil-Cooled electromagnetic Separator SMS, suspended over
the conveyed product stream. The suspension magnet should
be located in an area on the production line that allows easy
access for proper maintenance of the magnet. It should be
operated in an area where no integral parts of the conveying
system can become magnetized, such as idler rollers, pulleys
or belt support plates.

Jupiter’s Overband Electromagnetic Separators are the most
effective units for the continuous removal of tramp ferrous
material from a product stream. This type of electromagnetic
separator is used to protect, clean and separate
material.Overbelt Magnetic Separator are self-cleaning, and
downtime for end user is reduced to a minimum. Available in
Oil Cooled Models and Air Cooled Models and operating
height up to 600mm and standard conveyor width 2000mm

6. MAGNETIC PULLEY

APPLICATION
Jupiter Magnetic Pulleys are mainly designed to remove large iron pieces, such as
bolts, screws, wire, strips and tools which could damage conveyor belts, brake
sieves, crushers or processing machines.
Other Type of separating magnets are available for separating fine iron. In the
event of slag separation they server – depending on the granulation – for parting
magnetic and non-magnetic components.
The Jupiter's range of permanent magnetic pulley are manufactured using ferrite
materials. Rare earth materials can be used when particular applications
require removal of finer iron particles. The pulley magnet can also be supplied as an
electromagnetic unit for an even better level of extraction.

7. MAGNETIC GRIDS
FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY, SUGAR MILLS,
PHARMACUTICALS, PLASTIC INDUSTRY, CARBON
INDUSTRY ETC.
Jupiter Magnetic Grids are engineered for easy installation in steep-sloped
hoppers, odd and irregular shaped hoppers, floor openings, vertical closed chutes,
ducts, etc. Magnetic Grids can be used to remove ferrous fines as well as tramp iron
from dry particulates, liquids and slurries. We also design magnetic grids as per
customers drawing and specifications.
Jupiter Magnetic Grids are placed directly in the product stream allowing free
flowing products to come in direct contact with the magnetic grid. Grid Magnet are
typically constructed with one inch diameter magnetic tubes mounted on two inch
centers in a frame. The length and width can be fabricated to any dimension, usually
in two inch increments. Magnetic Grids offer excellent protection from metal
contamination. As product flows over the magnetic tubes, captured metal
contaminants are pushed to the underside of the tube where they are now out of
contact with the product flow preventing wash-off back in to the clean material.
