Usage
Длительное действие, начавшееся в прошлом и
продолжающееся до момента речи:
 Действие может еще продолжаться в момент речи (при
этом необходимо указать длительность периода
действия);
E.g. I've been living in London for two years.
She's been working here since 2004.
We've been waiting for the bus for hours.
 Действие закончилось непосредственно перед моментом
речи, а его результат присутствует в настоящий момент.
I'm so tired, I've been studying.
I've been running, so I'm really hot.
