Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of the yearly sales plan to be aligned with the corporate strategy
and objectives and market’s factors.
• Assist in conduction sales efforts; developing leads, generating interest, presenting
services, negotiating contracts (legal aspects) and closing sales agreement.
• Monitor benchmarks (competitive information), features and pricing.
• Review the monthly sales report and analyze weekly updates of market conditions.
• Review customer complaints and Try to find root cause of problems.
• Monitor competitors and market prices and recommend changes.
• Conduct studies to understand requirements / needs.

• Prepare the list of potential clients for commercial purposes depending on project.
• Prepare Typical Sales Project file to be handed to potential buyer.
• Prepare Offer to potential clients as per the Commercial Director’s request.
• Follow-up offers with potential buyers.
• Update potential client database (keep history of all docs sent to client).
• Follow-up requests for interested clients in coordination with operations department.
• Update and file all typical documents as per client requirements.
• Prepare market survey for potential project area and collects commercial information.
• Ensure all additional agreed-upon terms of the signed contract are being applied.
• Monitor terms of payments and initiate payment requests to clients.
• Log and Ensure proper communication with clients concerning Variation Orders.
• Prepare necessary Reports.
• Monitor and record information regarding customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
