I am writing this on behalf of Larry Harvey, former Vice President , Sales & Marketing, for Keltman.
In January of 2010, I hired and authorized Larry to evaluate the entire Keltman sales and
marketing organization and to make the necessary decisions to optimize s ales performance and
revenues. Larry immediately replaced several poor performing direct and i ndirect representatives,
coached up and developed existing, capable representatives, and then recruited and several elite,
top performing representatives into the Keltman organization. Additionally, through Larry’s
industry contacts, networking, and conce ntrated and dedicated work ethic, he was able to secure
the business of several large hospitals and clinics with multiple branches thus securing a promising
long-term future for Keltman sales revenue.
In a very short period, Larry completely rebuilt the Keltman sales force. He redesigned the sales
compensation and expense management systems at Keltman, upgraded our marketing and training
procedures, and brought a sales and marketing business acumen, skill set and professionalism
never before experienced in his role. Under his direction Keltman experienced the greatest single
monthly quarterly and annual revenues in the history of this company.
Larry is an extremely bright, talented, savvy and solution oriented leader. He leads in an
informative, motivational yet accountable manner and is willing to appropriately adapt to the
specific skills and abilities of those he leads. The consistent feedback from those under his
direction was not only positive, but frequently was accompanied by gratitude of his presence.
