.B. Stock Management and Inventory Control.
To prepare indent for requirement of stock.
Maintaining display as per slow and fast moving products and display.
Tracking slow moving products in between intervals of time and to let them out with discounts and offers.
Maintaining inventory in a minimum level as per sales of the stores.

Perform perpetual stock check on monthly basis to ensure stock level as per system stock.
Responsible to maintain zero shortage and damage of stock in the stores.

Follow-ups with the HO concerns directly for all kind of operational works.
Handeling imprested cash and store expenses.
Sales cash remittance in company’s account.
Payment to the vendors and maintaining record.
Resolving all type of issues with Mall management
Co-ordinate with tax consultant for return filing and annual audit of VAT, Entry and Professional tax.
Conducts interview in co-ordination with vendor for recruitment and replacement of staff.
.D. Administrative Responsibilities
Responsible for handling business & administrative functions of the store activities includes Store security, store
maintenance, cash & accounting, cost control & staff welfare.
.E. Reporting.
Reporting to Higher authority on daily and monthly basis .
Reporting to Area In charge with various reports like MIS, Daily activity, Itinerary, Monthly sales and Brand wise sales,
Retention analysis report.

Ensure efficiency of each staff with their efforts on sales and store handling.
To plan expense budget of the stores for the month as per target and margin on sales for profitability.
To plan reporting schedule of the staff in both store for the week if there is any leave needed by staff.
To control on unnecessary leave required by CSAs if any.

Time management with scheduled time for dusting, display arrangement, stock refilling, HO follow-ups, telecalling and
