 Administering the pay revision process for all India delivery centres.
 Administering the process of letter creation, salary break up for the annual and midyear pay
revision cycles.
 Variable pay administration for Manager & above who are covered under performance and
profit bonus scheme (PPBS) – which includes calculations and letter preparation.
 Responsible for managing the pyramid files – which include cost or rem evolution reports,
joiners and leavers report, finance and global reports.
 Performance management - responsible for managing the post calibration process. Ensure
performance ratings, promotion details are updated in the systems.
 Responsible for managing management committee reports on HC, Attrition, CTC movement
etc.
 Assisting the team on pay proposals, analysis.
 SPOC for all external salary benchmarking surveys and ensure the participation and data from
Capgemini.
 Managing pay bands and help in creating the analysis internal vs external.
 Responsible for managing salary structures centrally for all India delivery operations... ensure
changes are communicated to all the stakeholders on time.
 Assist the payroll team on leave administration – monthly basis. Manage the process of leave
encashment – annual basis.
 Assist in all entity transfers with grade and salary mapping exercises.
 Coordinate with the insurance vendor for health talks, medical camps etc.
 Coordinate with group entities for all global reporting.
 Assisting the team on ESOP registration and consolidation process.

 Actively involved in the rebadged exercises – which include grade mapping and benefit
mapping exercise.
 Helped the team on bulk transfer of their benefits like PF, Gratuity.
 Help and assist the team on flexi and investment declaration process.

 Preparation of holiday schedules across India centres in line with the group entities.
