Marketing. I have a diploma in Advanced Mass Communication & Journalism with special emphasis
in Advertising and Public Relations. My internship in National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC)
has been a learning curve and has taught me much which I would like to take to my future company.
My experience in Capgemini as a Human Resource administrator has given me an opportunity to start
my professional career in the HR field, learned a lot related to industry operation, team management,
work under pressure, etc. Presently I am working with ITC Limited as a Branch HR Office Associate
catering to the entire Kolkata and WB Upcountry division.

To handle HR activitiesstarting from recruitment to retirementfor 258 employees at ITC Limited-
Eastern District Office-2ND
Lee Road.
Key Responsibilities :
 Handling the entire recruitment process for Kolkata, West Bengal. Day to day
functions included campus recruitments from B schools, preparing presentations,
screening resumes, coordinating with various vendors, conducting reference
interviews and final written test for prospective candidates.
 Handling joining formalities and undergoing the entire process singlehandedly of a
new incumbent.
 Maintaining employee personal records.
 To initiate any lateral movement of employees in the organization.
 Maintain leave records. Generating monthly leave report. Checking the leave
applications of various employees and tallying it with attendance register to ensure
correctness.
 Responsible for handling medical and sampling reimbursement claimbenefits for the

 Prepare weekly, monthly and annual Reports.
