COMMUNICATION I go above and beyond to continue my learning and adapt to the
environment around me. With thedacare they use the LEAN Learning
System. I am always stretching the limits to learn what I can about new
ways to make improvements. These improvements are often ways of
communication big and small. When working within such a large
community of employees communication is very important and very
vast.
LEADERSHIP Within Thedacare I have worked with leadership on many projects
(PDSAs) where we work as a team, I am often one to organize part of the
project or take on products of my own. Improvements are a group effort
and I am always putting in 100% of my effort. I was part of a trial group
for a Lead Technician position. During that time I believe management
and I learned many things about our pharmacy process and decided on a
different way to lead pharmacy. Leadership is a passion of mine and I
believe that characteristic carries with me in and outside of the work
environment. I was part of a trial where we had pharmacy Leads to help
guide technicians. The trial due to changes within pharmacy was
discontinued.
I am a Kaukauna Elks Club Member recently joined, but have been
involved with the organization for many years. I was mostly involved in
fundraising and their yearly raffle to raise money for our community
projects. I recently took on the responsibility of ENF Fundraising Chair,
in which I will be taking on the donation aspect, promote fundraising
and events. I am also taking on the task of recruitment, as one of the only
