violence. We would put together block parties, and events. Most times, I
would speak to large groups to gain feedback of things these communities
lacked, or needed assistance with. I also would attend meetings for my
boss, at many neighborhood churches, board rooms, and the Police
Academy.
LEADERSHIP I am involvedin many community activities. I am greatly respected in my
church, and once was a part the ushering board. I have arranged meeting
with teenage young ladies throughout my neighborhood, to help them
focus on educational needs, and job readiness skills. Iplay a huge part in
